- Payment methods and timing
- Card payments through Stripe and PayPal; available options are shown at checkout. One-time payment is processed when the order is completed. This catalog’s audio products are not subscriptions.
- Delivery
- After successful payment, download links are provided immediately on the Payhip purchase confirmation page and in the receipt email. Extract the downloaded ZIP to access its files.
- Requirements
- An internet connection, sufficient download and extraction storage, a ZIP extraction tool, and a player or audio application that supports the formats stated on the product page. Original albums contain FLAC and MP3; Play-Along products contain WAV and MP3.
- Cancellations and refunds
- For cancellation before downloading, do not start the download and contact Payhip at contact@payhip.com. Payhip’s End User Licence, section 2 sets out its cancellation terms, including the effect of starting a download. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by this page.
- Defective or inaccessible files
- For product defects or refunds, contact nightdeskradio.official@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will try to restore access or provide working files; if we cannot provide working files after attempting to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund. For receipt or download-link access help, start with Payhip buyer help, then contact Payhip if unresolved. Never email your card number or password.
