聴くための通常版。演奏を届けるPlay-Along。

購入した音源でできることを、用途から確認できます。通常版とPlay-Along版では、投稿・配信に使える範囲が異なります。

通常版でできること

個人で音楽を聴くこと、個人の楽器練習に使用できます。ご自身の演奏を重ねた場合でも、動画・配信への利用は通常版の許諾に含まれません。演奏を公開する場合はPlay-Along版をお選びください。

03 / PLAY-ALONG

Play-Alongで、演奏を公開する

購入したPlay-Along音源にご自身の演奏を加えた演奏動画・演奏ライブ配信・そのアーカイブを、次のサービスで公開できます。これらの演奏コンテンツの収益化も許可します。

  • 購入者本人が管理するアカウントで、ご自身の演奏を公開するための許諾です。
  • OFF・Guide、単曲・全曲セット、楽器の選択によって利用許諾は変わりません。
  • 許可範囲内の投稿ごとの追加申請や、NDRへの収益分配は不要です。
  • ご自身の演奏が明瞭に聴こえ、演奏が主な内容であることが条件です。冒頭に少し演奏を加えて、残りは伴奏だけを長時間流す使い方は含みません。
04 / BOUNDARIES

共通の制限と、別途相談が必要な用途

  • 音源ファイルを他の人に配る、共有ダウンロードを提供する、再販売する、第三者に利用権を渡すことはできません。
  • 音源だけの投稿・配信、作業用BGM配信、SNSの音源ライブラリへの伴奏単独の登録・提供はできません。
  • 購入した音源や、それを含む完成音源を、Content IDなど他者の投稿に自動で権利を主張する仕組みに登録することはできません。
  • 広告素材、企業案件での素材利用、ゲーム・店舗のBGM、Spotifyなどへの音源発売・配信は標準許諾に含みません。具体的な用途をお問い合わせください。

購入は音源の利用許諾であり、著作権や独占権の譲渡ではありません。他の購入者も同じ音源を許可範囲内で利用できます。

クレジットは、任意の協力依頼です

演奏動画や配信を公開する際は、可能であれば概要欄や投稿文に「Night Desk Radio」、使用曲名、カタログへのリンクをご記載いただけるとうれしいです。

表記は任意で、利用許諾の条件ではありません。記載がなくても、許可される利用範囲は変わりません。

よくある質問

クレジットを書かなくても投稿できますか？

はい。許可範囲内のPlay-Along演奏投稿なら、クレジットは任意です。

通常版でも、クレジットを書けば投稿できますか？

いいえ。クレジットを記載しても、通常版に投稿・配信の許諾が加わるわけではありません。

収益化していないチャンネルでも使えますか？

はい。Play-Alongの演奏投稿は、収益化の有無にかかわらず利用できます。後から対象の演奏コンテンツを収益化する場合も、追加申請は不要です。

ショート動画や、同じ演奏の再投稿も可能ですか？

はい。対象サービスでの演奏動画の短尺化や再投稿も含みます。本人演奏が主な内容である条件は共通です。

音源だけを流したい場合は？

通常版・Play-Along版とも、音源だけの公開やBGM配信はこの許諾に含まれません。一般的なBGM素材としての利用はご相談ください。

ライブ中に少し演奏を休むことは問題ですか？

通常の演奏の間奏や短い休憩は、演奏が主な配信であれば差し支えありません。伴奏だけを長時間流す配信は対象外です。

著作権の申し立てやミュートが発生したら？

購入記録、使用曲名、対象の投稿URL、申し立てや通知の内容を添えてNDRへご連絡ください。内容を確認します。自動解除や収益化の復旧を保証するものではありません。

What the Original edition allows

You may listen personally and use the audio for your own instrumental practice. Posting or streaming is not included, even if you add your own performance. Choose Play-Along if you want to publish your playing.

03 / PLAY-ALONG

Publish your performance with Play-Along

You may add your own performance to purchased Play-Along audio and publish the resulting performance videos, livestreams and their archives on the following services. Monetization of these performance contents is permitted.

Short-form videos, including YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, are included. You may post the same performance on multiple listed services. Please contact us before using a service not listed here.

  • This permission is for the purchaser to publish their own performance on accounts they manage.
  • The same permissions apply to OFF and Guide mixes, single tracks and full sets, and all instrument selections.
  • No separate approval per post or revenue share payable to NDR is required for permitted uses.
  • Your playing must be clearly audible and the performance must be the main content. Adding a brief performance before a long stretch of backing audio alone does not qualify.
04 / BOUNDARIES

Shared limits & uses to discuss separately

  • Do not give the audio files to others, provide shared downloads, resell them, or grant others a license to use them.
  • Do not publish or stream the backing audio alone, use it for background-music streams, or supply the backing files alone to social-media sound libraries.
  • Do not register the purchased audio, or a finished recording containing it, with Content ID or another system that automatically claims other people’s uploads.
  • Advertising assets, sponsored-project assets, game or in-store background music, and audio releases on services such as Spotify are not included. Contact us about your specific use.

Your purchase grants permission to use the audio; it does not transfer copyright or exclusive rights. Other purchasers may use the same audio within the permitted scope.

05 / OPTIONAL CREDIT

Credit is a request, not a requirement

If you share your performance, we’d appreciate a credit to Night Desk Radio, the track title, and a link to our catalog in the description or post.

Credit is optional and is not a condition of the license. Omitting it does not change the permitted uses.

Questions you might have

Can I post without a credit?

Yes. Credit is optional for a Play-Along performance within the permitted scope.

Can I post the Original edition if I give credit?

No. Giving credit does not add posting or streaming permission to the Original edition.

Can I use it on a channel that is not monetized?

Yes. Play-Along performance posts are allowed with or without monetization. No further approval is needed if you later monetize those permitted performances.

Are short videos and re-uploads of my performance included?

Yes, on the listed services. Your own performance must remain the main content.

What if I just want to play the backing audio?

Neither edition includes permission to publish the audio alone or use it for background-music streams. Contact us about general background-music use.

Can I briefly stop playing during a livestream?

Normal instrumental breaks and brief pauses are fine when your performance is the main content. Long periods of backing audio alone are not covered.

What if I receive a rights claim or my post is muted?

Contact NDR with your purchase record, track title, post URL, and the claim or notification. We will review the details. Automatic removal of a claim or restoration of monetization is not guaranteed.
